Privacy Policy

This website is the portfolio of DISGRACE INK (Grace), a tattoo artist working at Indelible Ink Custom Tattoo Studio, Gosport. It is an informational site. It does not collect personal details through forms, and bookings are made directly through Instagram.

Information we process

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (such as page views and approximate region). This data is not used to identify you. An embedded Google Map is used on the “Find me” section; Google may set cookies when that map loads, governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

When you message us

If you contact DISGRACE INK through Instagram or Facebook, any information you share is handled within those platforms under their respective privacy policies, and is used only to discuss and arrange your tattoo.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase information held about you, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To make a request, message DISGRACE INK on Instagram (@dis_graceink).
