Privacy Policy

This website is the portfolio of DISGRACE INK (Grace), a tattoo artist working at Indelible Ink Custom Tattoo Studio, Gosport. It's an informational site. There are no forms on it, no accounts and no newsletter, and bookings are made directly through Instagram, so the site itself collects almost nothing about you.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that shows aggregate numbers such as page views and the approximate region visitors come from. It doesn't use cookies and it can't identify you personally. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't build visitor profiles, and we never sell or share visitor data with anyone.

Hosting and the embedded map

The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep short-lived technical logs (things like IP address and the page requested) for security and reliability. The “Find me” section embeds a Google Map so you can see where the studio is; Google may set cookies when that map loads, governed by Google's own privacy policy.

When you message us

If you contact DISGRACE INK through Instagram or Facebook, any information you share is handled within those platforms under their respective privacy policies, and is used only to discuss and arrange your tattoo. Anything you tell us about your health before an appointment (for example allergies or skin conditions) is used solely to tattoo you safely and isn't stored on this website.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase information held about you, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To make a request, message DISGRACE INK on Instagram (@dis_graceink).
